RETURNS

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

 

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, personalized items/custom made orders].  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item in it's original packaging and email it to us at vt.rcracing@gmail.com and we will send a return label and will either refund or replace the item.

 

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at vt.rcracing@gmail.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 85 Dry Brook Rd, Arlington, VT, 05250.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item, UNLESS IT ARRIVES DAMAGED AND IS STILL IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

 

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

BODY CLASSIFICATION

All bodies have been "Classified" by level of difficulty.  The following explains the levels.

BEGINNER : These bodies are easier to mount to your chassis.  These bodies are finished and ready to mount.  Finished means sanded, primed and painted.  They will include windows installed and body mounts included.

INTERMEDIATE : These bodies are for those who are looking to finish the body themselves and paint to their liking.  These bodies will be sanded and primered.The bodies are primered to "expose" any flaws or layer lines.  It is hard to see all the imperfections on the body until it has a coat of primer on them.  These body's are not 100% perfect ready for paint.  I get the majority of the layer lines out and get you closer to the finished product.  It's an average of 3+ hours to fully sand a 3d printed body to be ready for paint.  These level bodies takes a lot of that work out.  These bodies DO NOT INCLUDE windows or body mounts.

ADVANCED : These bodies are for those with experience with 3d printed bodies and have the knowledge and skill to finish.  These bodies are printed and have supports removed.  These bodies my have minor flaws and will need to be sanded, primed and painted.  These bodies DO NOT INCLUDE windows or body mounts.

ALL BODIES WE PRODUCE ARE NOT MADE, DESIGNED OR PLANNED ON BEING A DIRECT FIT TO THE STOCK CHASSIS.  Some bodies may require some relocating of hardware to allow body to fit.
